As an artist and life coach who incorporates Jungian Philosophy, dream work, art therapy, I describe my approach to clients as a journey of deepening self-awareness to unlock authentic action. Its less about a roadmap but more about helping clients create a meaningful and fulfilling life. My core philosophy: the challenges faced on the outside- career, relationships, unresolved feelings- are often signals from your inner world. My approach acknowledges that our deepest wisdom, creativity, and purpose often lie in the unconscious mind. My role is to be your guide in the process of becoming more whole, integrated person. Some tools I use as a coach can be seen as non traditional. I use to access this deeper wisdom can include Dream Work, Expressive Arts, Tarot (a visual dictionary of human experience), and Jungian Philosophy in our dialogue.
